Template:Construction Confucius (551-479 BC) is a Chinese teacher and philosopher. He was born in Zou, Lu State (now Qufu, Shandong Province) in the class of shi and and is said he has worked as a shepherd, cowherd, clerk and book keeper[1].
During his political career, he was appointed to a minor position as governor to the town[1], later he became the Minister of Crime. He wanted to centralized the government by dismantling the fortifications of the Ji, Lu and Shu family, however, relied on the diplomacy because he didn't had military authority[1].
